General Conditions
Rates do not include: airfares, airport transfers, optional charter cancellation insurance and discretionary crew gratuity (about 10 percent of the charter fee is customary for good service).

Delivery and/or re-delivery fees may be required for commencing and/or terminating charters away from the immediate area where the yacht is based. All charters are processed thru recognised yacht charter brokers.

Charters are confirmed on remittance of a 50% deposit and signed contracts. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before sailing. All funds are held in escrow accounts and paid only to the owner in accordance with the contract.
